Halpern May partners Aaron May and Ryan White recently secured dismissal with prejudice of all causes of action in a complaint on behalf of major real estate clients in an action pending in federal court in Los Angeles. The plaintiffs were seeking over $10 million in damages based on alleged antitrust and other purported violations in connection with the sale of a multimillion dollar ocean-front property.
