Mr. Rubinsky is a seasoned litigator who efficiently and effectively advocates for his clients’ interests by deploying his broad experience in all aspects of case development—from writing pleadings, to examining witnesses at trial, to challenging and defending decisions on appeal. Mr. Rubinsky graduated from Williams College magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and from Stanford Law School. He began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Marsha J. Pechman of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington in Seattle.
