Alyssa L. Titche is a seasoned commercial litigator with a broad array of courtroom experience. Ms. Titche specializes in litigating health care and health insurance disputes, including payor-provider underpayment disputes, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) litigation, and medical necessity disputes, and has also handled a variety of general commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes and products liability matters.

Before joining Halpern May Ybarra Gelberg LLP, Ms. Titche practiced at Foley & Lardner LLP. Ms. Titche earned her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law.  Ms. Titche externed for the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  She received her undergraduate degrees from the University of Michigan, where she graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration and a B.A. in Arabic Language. 

Ms. Titche earned her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law. She received her undergraduate degrees from the University of Michigan, where she graduated with degrees in Business Administration and Arabic Language.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Titche served as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer in Senegal and worked at a management consulting firm servicing clients in the healthcare and pharmaceutical spaces.

  • Represented founder of technology firm in earn-out dispute after sale of company
  • Represented individual, pro bono, in securing his release from prison while serving a life sentence without parole
