Mr. Wang has extensive civil litigation experience across federal, state, and arbitral forums and all phases of litigation, including trials and appellate work. He is also an elected member of the American Law Institute. After receiving his J.D. from Yale Law School, Mr. Wang began his career as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard R. Clifton of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
